All business persons should respect their consumers

Any act that is passed by the government then it means that it has to be implemented. If one tries to go against the act then it would mean that harsh actions will be taken against that person. There are different acts that the government passes to the citizens. In all the ministries, they have to pass an act of something that they want people to do and follow. When all this is done it helps in running the country in a smooth way because people have something that they can follow and they know that if they try to go against it then they will be punished for their misconduct. On the side of consumers, then we have a Consumers Act which was passed by the government after they got so many complains from the citizens. Many of the citizens complaint that as consumers they did not feel like they were protected. The sellers would just treat them the way they want as if they did not know that if it were not for them they would not be there. When the consumer act was passed then it made sure a consumer rights is respected.
