Looking through motorhomes for sale, it was quite a chore. Because a motorhome would be my 2nd home - a place I'd spend close to 24 hours a day in when on holiday - it was a hard choice to find one that suited myself and my family. We eventually found one big enough for our family of 5. It was worth the wait to find this - as the key thing to finding a motorhome is size. Everything else is secondary. You need to consider your family members to determine the size you need.
We hired a couple of motorhomes on two holidays just to see how we'd get on with particular models. This for me was the most important thing - to get experience with a motorhome. You can have a much better chance of finding the right motorhome.with the experience of renting a few first of all.
