Joyce was one lucky girl. At the age of twenty, she already had a well paying job, a company car and a house of her dreams. Her parents were very proud of her. However, Joyce was not lucky in love. She fell in love with a guy who did not care so much about life. One thing led to another and Joyce realized that she was pregnant. She took the news positively, but not her sweetheart or her parents. The guy actually relocated to another town. Frustration is an understatement of what Joyce felt that time. All of a sudden, she was all alone. After the child was born, she went on with life as a single mother. She did not care about what other said about her all that mattered was her daughter and her career. When her became turned five, her father started looking for her once again with the hope of getting close to their daughter. Joyce felt bad about it but she could do nothing since parents legal rights did not allow any one to deny parents their rights. Although they live separately, her ex-boyfriend visits them once in a while as allowed by the law. Although Joyce hurts so much, there is nothing she can do since since her daughter needs two parents for better growth and developments.
