Why making money can make different people work together

People say that working with family and friends in a business doesn’t go well. It’s because they take advantage they are relatives and ignore some duties of a business. They don’t put much effort in a job because they are sure getting fired is last option they can get. Ignorance has lead to business failures. Some say to have competitive workers and businesses need to have staffs that are not related in blood or friendships. If they don’t have a close relationship are going to put more effort for sake of a business because everybody want to benefit. Those who are asking why outsource it’s because people want to get benefits from other sources and see what they got. They want to learn more skills from other people that will give them more money and more customers and clients. Outsourcing is good because they are going to learn new things from each other. It helps in interaction and socialization with different people. Chain of friendship gets to be increased and many ideas develop from different people.
